It is time to enroll in Ditta Enterprises, Inc. 401(k) Plan for 2025. This year, we are moving to a new 401(k) plan to replace the SIMPLE IRA Plan, which is our company’s sponsored retirement plan that will go into effect on January 1, 2025. All plan information is located on our Company Benefit Website, Dittaent.com
You are eligible to enroll if you have met the eligibility requirements below:
Minimum Age: 21
Hours of service: 500
Period of service (consecutive): 6 Months
Employment Status: Full or Part Time

With this plan comes a few changes; the biggest one is by law; every eligible employee will be automatically enrolled in the company plan with a 6% payroll deduction unless you opt-out in writing.
Every eligible employee must do one of the following not to be automatically enrolled:
If you currently have a Simple IRA account through us, you must meet with Susan Naylor to discuss your options in moving the money to the new 401(k) plan.
Entry dates are Jan 1st and July 1st. If you opt-out now and decide to participate later, please let us know and register online using the John Hancock link below or contact Susan Naylor to schedule your appointment. If you are not eligible now, you will get this email again in April after you are eligible for the next entry date.
Deadline is December 31, 2024. We would like everyone to have everything set up & turned in by the end of November if you don’t want us to keep contacting you to do one of the action items above.
IF YOU DO NOTHING AT ALL, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED, AND 6% CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BEGIN TO BE WITHHELD FROM YOUR PAY AND CONTRIBUTED TO YOUR PLAN ACCOUNT. THE MONEY WILL BE INVESTED IN THE DEFAULT INVESTMENT. SEE PLAN DOCUMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION.
